With just 2.1 overs left in the day, Corey Rocchiccioli made an uncommitted leave and edged the ball into the safe hands of Patterson in the cordon. That wicket represented Edwards' fifth for the innings, tenth for the match (a Player of the Match performance), and a famous win for New South Wales.
